What if there was a way you could lose fat, lose weight, stimulate Growth Hormone naturally and improve your body's metabolism? If this sounds too good to be true, think again.  Nutritional researcher, Brad Pilon, has taken all of his years in the nutritional supplement industry, his education from a graduate degree in biology and nutraceuticals, as well as his reading and comprehension of reams of diet books and documented research to give you the most revolutionary weight loss solution yet.

I can tell you this, in my own naive approach to weight maintenance, I mistakenly thought I could always exercise away the pounds.  This is just not so.  In fact, if the body is over weight, exercise (at least for my body) made me look even heavier.  I would exercise like crazy, but the pounds continued creeping in.  Why was this?  Here's the truth to weight loss that Pilon makes crystal clear in his book (and the truth that took me, even as a health professional a bout with weight gain to finally "get "):

It's what the diet books don't tell you: To lose weight you need to eat less calories then you expend.  It is just that simple.  Sure there are better food choices than others - but I'm here to tell you that if weight loss is your goal, you have to eat less.  No diet pill will magically burn it off for you.  Sure, it may give you diarrhea or cause you to lose some water weight temporarily, but this is not a healthy solution. In order to lose weight we need to do two things: eat less, and move more. 

Pilon will make suggestions for both.  In his simple system you will learn the physiology behind the way your body processes and stores food.  Here's the exciting part: When you let your body move into the fasted state Pilon shows you, he give you the scientific evidence that shows you how your body will burn fat stores for food!  I love this notion. 

Again, what I had always heard about fasting was what the books tell you: If you put your body into the fasted state, it will create muscle wasting.  Yet in his research, Pilon shows us that this just simply isn't true.  Using resistance training you can both burn fat and keep precious muscle!  In fact, now that I have slimmed my body down - I've noticed that I need to do less to have muscle definition, especially in the abdominals.  If you can cut through the fat (as Pilon shows you how to do) and do some simple exercises - you can have real abs and real muscle definition!
