If I Had Cancer
By Theresa Tsalaky
If I was diagnosed with cancer,
there would be no fear. My first reaction would be, "Darn, that
means I've got a lot of work to do."
Multiple sclerosis, lupus, Lyme disease - those would scare the heck out
of me. But cancer is relatively easy to treat. It's such a
common disease that people in many cultures, including modern-day
researchers, have found effective ways to eliminate it. Clinical
data gathered for some of these methods show long-term remission rates
from 80 to 100 percent. An
Internet search will give you dozens of ideas of what to try, ranging
from laetrile to macrobiotic diets to mistletoe.
I cannot legally suggest what you should use
to treat your cancer, but I can tell you exactly what I would do based on more
than a decade of research as a career journalist:
1. Drink about 3 ounces of Essiac tea
thrice daily. I buy it from
www.anursesherbaltea.com, which sells high-quality packets of the dry herbs
for $16.00. You brew it yourself, and each packet makes one gallon of tea.
This costs about a quarter as much as buying pre-made Essiac in a health-food
store.
2. Add a drop of bloodroot tincture to
each cup of Essiac tea. I'd increase the dosage slowly to perhaps five or
six drops. If I felt a bit nauseated, I'd cut back. Most naturopaths
and herbalists are reluctant to prescribe this herb, because it can be toxic
even in low doses. I'm experienced at treating myself, so I would not be
afraid to experiment with it. I'd listen to my body to determine how much
to take and how often.
3. Use a multi-wave oscillator.
Some of the brand names are BEST BioCharger, Photon Sound Beam, Rife machine and
Dan's Enhancer. They cost between $1,500.00 and $18,000. Or, you ca go to
a health practitioner who already has one of these machines. For a list of
VIBE practitioners in New York, go to
www.vibemachine.com
4. Switch to a diet of 100 percent raw
(uncooked), organic foods. This is not easy, because we're addicted to
cooked food. But I'd rather put the effort into a new food lifestyle than
take chemotherapy.
5. Find a way to keep my blood pH
between 7.0 and 7.5 for 30 days straight.
6. Eliminate anything that might
contribute to cancer, including microwave ovens, cell phones and household
chemicals, such as cleaners and lawn fertilizers.
7. Take a look at all my attitudes and
beliefs and get rid of any negative thinking patterns
8. Use the power of prayer, meditation
and affirmations to envision health. If you'd like help visualizing the
destruction of tumors, buy the DVD at
www.dreamhealer.com
9. Try Reconnective Healing. This
hands-off method connects the patient with the energy of God, Source, universal
intelligence - whatever you choose to call the higher power. A frequent
outcome of that reconnection is immediate and dramatic healing from physical
challenges, including diseases and birth defects. Go to
www.thereconnection.com
to find a practitioner in your area.
10. Find an experienced kinesiologist
to ask the body why it's sick and what it will take to get well. I would
call local chiropractors. If they use kinesiology, I'd ask if they're
willing to use it while asking a bunch of yes/no questions about my health.
I would start with broad questions, such as, "Is the cause of my cancer
environmental?" When I got a yes, I'd narrow it down to more and more specific
questions, such as, "is it something in my food... my water... the air..."
Perhaps using all of these methods is
overkill, as any two or three would probably eliminate the cancer. But I'd
do them all so that I could be 100 percent confident that my body would return
to full health.****
